If you run a small business or a personal brand on Instagram, you already know the real bottleneck isn't making a carousel look good. It's Tuesday morning. You have five minutes before the day gets away from you and you still don't know what to post.
That decision, not the design, is what Kohapu automates.
The problem Kohapu solves
Most content tools assume the hard part is production: templates, fonts, colors, layout. That part is a solved problem. Every tool on the market can make something that looks decent. The actual friction is upstream of that: deciding what to say today, in a way that's consistent with your brand and actually moves your business forward.
Kohapu removes that decision from your plate. Instead of opening a blank canvas and staring at it, you open your dashboard to a batch of carousels that are already written, already illustrated and already matched to your content pillars. You just react: approve, edit or skip.
How it works, step by step
1. Connect your Instagram. Kohapu reads your existing posts to understand your niche, your audience and the tone you already use. No long questionnaire required. Your Instagram account also needs to be a Professional account (Business or Creator), since that's a requirement of Instagram's own API, not something Kohapu adds.
2. Tell us about your offer (optional). If you have a website, a Linktree or you sell directly through WhatsApp or Instagram DMs, you can point Kohapu at it. If you don't have any of that, no problem. Plenty of businesses sell through DMs only. You can skip it.
3. Confirm your brief. Kohapu drafts a profile from what it found: your niche, your audience, your content pillars, your tone of voice, your color palette. You review and edit it once. This becomes your permanent profile. You're never asked again and every future batch of content reuses it.
4. Get your first batch. This is the moment that matters: Kohapu generates real carousel scripts based on your brief, each with a hook, a slide-by-slide breakdown and a call to action. You see actual output before anything is asked of you.
5. Review in batches, not one by one. Content is generated and reviewed in weekly batches (typically 5-7 carousels at a time), not a single card in isolation. This is deliberate. Reviewing one piece of content at a time means constantly switching context. Batching means you sit down once and clear the whole week.
6. Approve, edit or skip. Each carousel arrives with its visuals already in place by the time you open it for review. The cover and a few key slides get an AI-generated illustration matched to that carousel's idea, not a generic stock image. The content slides in between use clean typographic layouts (a numbered point, a single quote, one stat or a side-by-side comparison) so the text stays easy to read on a phone. Everything follows the visual style and colors set for your brand during onboarding.
You can edit any slide's text directly inline. If an illustration isn't right, you don't have to regenerate the whole carousel. You can quickly reroll just that slide's image or describe in plain language what's wrong with it so Kohapu rewrites the image prompt for you.
Skipping a carousel is soft. It just gets marked as skipped, not deleted. Not liking one idea today doesn't mean the idea is bad forever.
7. Schedule and publish. Once you approve a carousel, you set or reuse a publishing time and Kohapu posts it automatically to Instagram. No manual export, no re-uploading images, no last-minute "wait, did I actually post today."
Why approval is still a real click, not "silence = yes"
It might seem simpler to just auto-publish anything you don't reject within some time window. We built it that way at one point and reversed it. The reasoning was simple once we looked at it honestly: an AI-generated illustration that no one has ever looked at shouldn't go out under your business's name by default. Approval is a deliberate, active step. Because the batch is already sitting there ready, it's usually a fast one.
What's next
As you build a track record of approving batches without needing edits, Kohapu will eventually offer a fully automatic mode with no manual review at all. That's opt-in, unlocked by your own history, never the default.
For now, the goal is simpler and more immediate: you stop staring at a blank screen wondering what to post and start reacting to content that's already good.
